COMPOSITION ON ADVICE ABOUT GETTING FIT: SAMPLE ANSWER

Here´s an example writing of your last writing task
(YOUR COMPOSITIONS ARE ALREADY MARKED AND CAN BE COLLECTED BEFORE TUESDAY 7TH in "Conserjería")

Hi Tom,
Thanks for writing. Are you feeling better now? I am planning to go on holiday soon but I don´t know where.
It sounds like you are not very happy. Have you tried doing any exercise? You don´t need to join a gym to stay fit. Both running and walking is good exercise. Try eating less and not eating between meals. Healthy food can be very tasty too, try gazpacho, it´s delicious.
If you have problems sleeping then don´t drink coffee after lunch. Hair loss is common if yu are under a lot of stress, but it may be just your age. the best person to give you advice on feeling better is your doctor.
Don´t worry it will only make things worse. You have lots of friends and they all want to help you.

Please reply to tell me how you are feeling soon.
Bye!
Ana
